ADDRESSING COVID-19

To protect the health of our community, we are moving to virtual volunteering/mentoring, and when appropriate, socially distant in-person meet ups. We are committed to helping preserve the relationships between our volunteers and families and our mentors and our mentees, as well as continuing to make NEW matches, as children and families need support now more than ever. Our staff has been working hard to ensure we find creative, safe, and engaging methods of connecting. The ways we are able to interact with each other during this time are drastically different than what we are all used to, however, we are equipping ourselves, as well as our volunteers with tools, ideas, and knowledge to help them continue building relationships in this time of social distance.

MISSION ​STATEMENT:

The Austin Angels mission is to walk alongside children, youth, and families in the foster care community by offering consistent support through intentional giving, relationship building, and mentorship.
