Haley is the Research and Analytics Manager at Austin Angels. Her journey with the organization began in 2017 as a Bachelor of Social Work intern at Austin Angels. From helping pilot the Dare to Dream® program to serving as Program Director for several years, Haley has been instrumental in shaping innovative, sustainable, and research-based programming.
She earned both her BSW and MSW from Texas State University and has been a dedicated part of the team ever since. In her current role, Haley leads the charge in evaluating program efficacy, developing strategy, and turning data into meaningful impact. Haley lives in San Marcos with her husband and their two kids, along with a growing flock of chickens. She’s passionate about creating a beautiful, abundant life rooted in family, faith, and continued learning. |
