Mike is a Program Manager at Austin Angels. His journey has taken him from weld shops to outreach work in the Bronx, after-school programs in NYC, and shelter management in Texas. Along the way, Mike found his calling: to support youth experiencing foster care with compassion and purpose.
He and his wife became foster parents and later adopted their daughter at just one month old. That experience deepened his connection to Austin Angels, where he now brings both personal and professional insight to the families he serves. Mike hopes to one day open a coffee shop that hires aged-out youth, a dream he’s building with his wife. Until then, you’ll find him behind a camera, pulling espresso shots at home, or making memories with his family. |
