Erika serves as Chief Impact Officer, bringing more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience to the role. She began her career in film production before moving into the nonprofit sector, where her work has focused on advancing outcomes for children — from supporting those with complex medical needs, to advocating for adoption, to partnering with an orphanage and school in Haiti. Over the course of her career, she has helped raise tens of millions of dollars, aligning resources with high-impact programs and measurable results.
In 2023, Erika joined Austin Angels and the National Angels network after connecting with Founder Susan Ramirez. Drawn to the organization’s clear focus on children and youth experiencing foster care, she stepped into a role that bridges local impact and national growth. She now leads impact strategy and organizational development for Austin Angels while helping strengthen and expand the National Angels network.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Erika lives in Texas with her husband and their three children — Ryder, Scout, and Koda.
