Originally from west Texas, I’ve called Austin home since 2006. For nearly three decades, I’ve been an entrepreneur, real estate strategist, and master connector-helping people grow businesses and relationships that create lasting impact. In addition to founding Greater Value Network, the Relationship Leadership Academy, and the Real Estate Collective, I lead an eXp Realty organization focused on building and expanding a global real estate company that empowers agents through connection, collaboration, and growth.

I joined the Austin Angels board because I believe every child in foster care deserves to feel seen, supported, and valued. The mission of creating consistent, life-changing relationships for youth in foster care aligns perfectly with my personal calling to invest in people first.

Whether I’m coaching leaders, hosting events, or creating new ways for people to connect, my guiding principle is to ABIDE—Always Be Intentional, Disciplined, and Engaged. My ultimate goal, both personally and professionally, is simple: better health, greater impact, and a life lived fully for the glory of God.

When I’m not building businesses or serving the community, you’ll find me on the golf course, skiing in the mountains, enjoying live music, or traveling with my wife Kelly and our two daughters, Stella and Noa.​
