Holiday EventWe had so much fun at our Holiday event! Santa came and took pictures with the kiddos. We had arts and crafts, a photo booth where families could get their pictures taken, and snacks for everyone to enjoy while driving through the Peppermint Parkway light show!
Because of volunteers and people like you who built holiday baskets we were able to spread some holiday cheer to 225 children and youth! We also want to give a big shoutout to our friends over at The Miracle Foundation, Wilsonart, and HEB for making the magic happen! Also, a big thank you to Santa Tim for joining us and making this event just as special! 🎄♥️ Watch the recap here! |

The Hawaiian-themed event was so much fun! Our volunteers are our "boots on the ground" and we were so excited to be able to show them the love they show our families.
We truly could not do this work without them! |

Comedy For A Causean array of talent within the Austin real estate community came together for the @pt50austin Comedy For A Cause to support children, youth, and families experiencing foster care.
The event was packed with laughs and good fun as real estate agents "roasted" each other to raise money. By the end of the night, they surpassed their goal of $20,000, reaching a total of $47,870!! We are blown away by the amount of support we received from everyone at the event (sorry to those who got roasted). Because of you, more children and youth will be empowered to reach their fullest potential. Thank you everyone who participated and made this possible. |

Cooking class
We cooked up something extra special for our mentors and
youth––a cooking class, taught by real Austin-area chefs at the Art Institute of Austin! They taught the group how to use a knife properly while cutting a whole rotisserie chicken and how to make various dishes using that meat, such as chicken salad, chicken soup, and chicken quesadillas. Mentors and youth enjoyed learning their way around the kitchen and trying new food, while spending some fun quality time together. |
