Heather Feeney

​Likes: Fresh flowers, rainbows and unicorns, skulls and tattoos, true crime, family time, sunshine, exercise, chips and queso, mimosas, truth and justice, helping.
Dislikes: Birds, vegetables, running, dishonesty, inefficiency, hypocrites.​

With the exception of a small stint in California, Heather was born and raised in Texas and loves it here. She spent a large amount of her life working in child development where she was able to love on children and families as they walked through life. She moved into the corporate world in 2013 where she worked in HR, office management, event planning, and more. It was in this corporate space that Heather was introduced to Austin Angels. Once she heard Austin Angels’ mission she was hooked and began to partner with them by building Christmas baskets, hosting corporate events, donating school supplies, volunteering for events, etc. When an opportunity to join the Austin Angels team opened up Heather could not wait to jump in!  
Heather loves spending time hiking and wine-tasting with her husband, loving on her four kiddos, and spending time with her big family. In her free time, you can find her baking or arranging flowers in the kitchen or sweating it out in the gym… or, more recently, at the dog park.
