Madeline first came to the Austin area to attend the University of Texas. She obtained a degree in youth and community studies with a minor in Spanish and a concentration in social services. She began working at Petra Preschool, where she was introduced to the foster care community and TBRI. After deciding she wanted to pursue social work on a macro level, a friend told her about Austin Angels and she interned in the Spring of 2021. She felt very blessed to receive an offer after her internship to become a case manager. In her free time she loves spending time with all of her people, spending time at her church, taking walks, and eating all of Austin's yummy food.
